These terms apply to all Spark Gift Cards. If you've received a Spark Gift Card as part of a promotion, additional terms may apply for that promotion.Spark Gift Cards are redeemable for the purchase of goods at Spark NZ retail stores, excluding Spark modems.Spark Gift Cards cannot be applied to a Spark account or used to pay for Spark telecommunications, digital services or entertainment services.Spark Gift Cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment for goods bought instore. Unredeemed values will remain on the Gift Card until card expiry or until redeemed, whichever occurs first.Spark Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used towards the purchase of another Gift Card.Spark Gift Cards cannot be replaced and Spark NZ will not be responsible for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, or sent to an incorrectly entered delivery addressNo change will be given on purchases made using Spark Gift Cards, but the remaining balance may be used on subsequent purchases.Spark Gift Cards expire 24 months from the date they are issued to the purchaser. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period and not refunded.The maximum amount that can be loaded onto a single Spark Gift Card is $1,000.A maximum purchase of $4,999 worth of Spark Gift Cards applies to a single transaction or series of related transactions. This means you may not purchase more than $4,999 worth of Spark Gift Cards across multiple transactions, including at different Spark stores.Spark Gift Cards cannot be topped up with additional amounts.A Spark Gift Card's balance, expiry date and last 10 transactions can be checked at giftstation.co.nz/sparkSpark may amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will do so by publishing updates to this terms and conditions page and such changes will automatically take effect. If a change will disadvantage you and it was within our control, then the change will take effect 30 days after it is published. Delivery
My Layby will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 10 business days of completing your layby payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layby order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 10 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all mylayby.co.nz merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from mylayby.co.nz you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.
Please choose carefully when ordering on mylayby.co.nz. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase. Under the Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.
